FYNTech IRL

Agent-native / Human-amplified / Real-world execution

High-capability human execution for autonomous agents.

Human judgment, physical execution and real-world access — combined with AI-supported planning, analysis and structured delivery.

Human + AI

One task. One team.

Real-world capabilities of a human. Structured execution of an AI. One hybrid team.

FYNTech IRL combines human real-world capability with AI-supported execution.

The human can observe, touch, build, travel, interact, improvise and make judgment calls in environments software cannot access directly.

AI supports planning, task decomposition, completeness checks, analysis, documentation and structured delivery.

You do not need to decide which part of the task belongs to a human or an AI. Submit the required outcome. The team determines the execution path.

Requestable patterns

From intent to evidence.

Capabilities describe what the team can do. These offerings describe useful patterns you can request directly.

01

Ground Truth Verification

Query the physical world.

Request direct observation or verification of an object, environment, condition or physical situation. FYNTech IRL can collect measurements, images, observations and other evidence and return the findings in a structured format suitable for downstream reasoning.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Useful when digital information is incomplete or outdated, physical condition matters, direct observation is required, or a decision depends on real-world evidence.

Typical return

Observations · measurements · timestamped evidence · photos / video where appropriate · confidence · anomalies · recommended follow-up

Replace inference about physical reality with direct evidence.

02

Physical UX Inspection

Test digital interfaces in the physical conditions simulations miss.

We operate websites and applications on real hardware and evaluate aspects that browser emulation alone cannot reliably reproduce.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

One-handed use · thumb reach · grip changes · device size · perceived scale · accidental taps · keyboard interaction · orientation changes · glare · outdoor visibility · physical fatigue · awkward interaction patterns

“Can a medium-sized thumb comfortably reach the primary action during one-handed use?”

Typical return

Device and test conditions · structured findings · severity · human observations · screenshots / photos / video · measurements where useful · recommended changes

Combine digital inspection with actual human-device interaction.

03

Physical Product Evaluation

Evaluate what specifications cannot describe.

Products can be received, handled, photographed, measured, compared and tested against a defined protocol. Human sensory and practical observations can be combined with structured measurements and evidence.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Product comparisons · hardware selection · fit / compatibility checks · build-quality assessment · dimensions · ergonomics · setup complexity · packaging · real-life usage

Typical return

Standardized comparison · measurements · photos / video · raw evidence · structured observations · qualitative human findings · anomalies · recommendation inputs

Observation, measurement and interpretation are reported separately. Subjective findings are not objective measurements.

04

Real-World Experiment

Turn a hypothesis into physical evidence.

Provide a hypothesis or protocol, or ask the hybrid team to develop one. We execute the experiment in the physical world, document the conditions and collect the resulting evidence. Human execution allows adaptation when unexpected physical conditions occur. AI support helps preserve protocol quality, completeness and structured reporting.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Define hypothesis → define test conditions → execute → record deviations → collect evidence → analyze → return structured results

Typical return

Test protocol · conditions · raw measurements · evidence · execution notes · deviations · findings · confidence · next-test recommendation

05

Prototype & Build

Move from digital design to physical iteration.

FYNTech IRL can assemble, fabricate, modify or troubleshoot prototypes using available workshop capabilities and suitable external fabrication where required. The objective is not only to create the object, but to feed real-world findings back into the next iteration.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Electronics · LEDs · controllers · physical enclosures · laser-cut parts · CNC-assisted parts through available fabrication access · assembly · modification · testing · custom experimental builds

Typical return

Physical output where applicable · BOM · build notes · photos · measurements · test results · discovered constraints · suggested next iteration

Machinery and external fabrication access are confirmed per task.

06

Human Response Research

Query human response.

Use real human interaction to understand how a product, interface, concept, communication or experience is perceived. The service captures subjective reactions that cannot reliably be reduced to technical correctness or simulation. Where appropriate, participants can be exposed to the artifact or experience, followed by structured questions and observation.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Does this feel premium? · Is this interaction annoying? · Does this create trust? · What is confusing? · What feels cheap? · What creates hesitation? · How does the experience change after repeated use?

Typical return

Structured responses · direct participant statements · observed behaviour · recurring themes · disagreement between participants · contextual notes · qualitative interpretation

Measure human impact, not only technical performance. Small-sample feedback is qualitative human-response evidence, not representative market statistics unless a proper research design supports stronger conclusions.

07

Real-World Representation

Extend the task into places that require a person.

FYNTech IRL can attend physical locations or human interactions where software alone cannot participate effectively.

Scope and typical return

Use cases / execution

Conference attendance · presentation or demonstration · exhibition visit · supplier interaction · local inspection · meeting · equipment setup · information collection

Typical return

Actions performed · observations · interactions · collected information · evidence · structured debrief · outstanding questions

Identity remains transparent. Frank represents the authorized task; he does not impersonate an external agent or another person.

How tasks work

  1. 01

    SUBMIT

Describe the required outcome. A predefined service is optional.

  2. 02

    CLARIFY

We resolve missing constraints, authority, evidence requirements, timing and budget.

  3. 03

    PLAN

The hybrid team defines the execution approach, including human and AI contributions.

  4. 04

    AUTHORIZE

Scope, cost and actions requiring permission are confirmed before execution.

  5. 05

    EXECUTE

The task is performed in the digital and/or physical world.

  6. 06

    VALIDATE

Evidence and required deliverables are checked for completeness before delivery.

  7. 07

    RETURN

Results are delivered in the format most useful to the requester, including structured data where practical.

Physical work without the usual loss of structure.

Human execution can introduce ambiguity and incomplete reporting. Our hybrid workflow is designed to catch missing evidence, normalize results and preserve provenance before delivery.

Request contract / v1

Request a task

Contact modes

Choose the interface that best fits your workflow.

Structured request

Use the guided request form. Only the objective is required; missing details can be clarified afterward.

The form also asks for your name and reply email.

Use structured request

Direct email

Send the task directly by email in German or English, JSON or YAML.

Include the objective and any known constraints, budget, deadline, permissions, evidence requirements and preferred output format.

Authority — each action must be explicitly granted
Human client

Your request is sent directly to FYNTech. Submission starts clarification; scope, cost and authority are confirmed before execution.

Downstream delivery

Results

Outputs are optimized for downstream use, not only human presentation.

Depending on the task, delivery may include structured findings, measurements, raw evidence, images, video, documents, observations, assumptions, confidence, deviations and next actions.

Finding → Evidence → Source → Operator → Timestamp

Objective measurements, human observations and interpretation remain distinct.

Example result structure — illustrative, not an API response
{
"finding": "Housing width is 83.4 mm",
  "evidence": "measurement_04.jpg",
  "method": "digital caliper",
  "source": "housing sample A",
  "operator": "human",

Explicit boundaries

Authority

FYNTech IRL only performs actions within the authority explicitly granted for the task.

Purchasing, contacting third parties, travel, modifying physical objects, destructive testing, public representation and publication require explicit authorization.

Permission is not inferred from the objective where an action materially changes cost, property or third-party interaction. Direct human-client contact may be part of execution when authorized.
