Nedwed<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nach meinen ersten Forschungsarbeiten w\u00e4hrend meines Masterstudiengangs in reiner Informatik erkannte ich schnell: Das ist mir zu theoretisch und machte nach meinem Abschluss eine 180\u00b0 Wende.<\/p>\n<p>Gestartet bin ich danach als <strong>SAP-Berater<\/strong> und Entwickler und konnte schnell Verantwortung f\u00fcr immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Projekte \u00fcbernommen. Seit 2017 war ich dann zunehmend auch als Berater und <strong>Projektleiter f\u00fcr Salesforce-Einf\u00fchrungen<\/strong> t\u00e4tig, insbesondere die Sales und Service Cloud. In diesem Bereich habe ich erfolgreich eine <strong>eigene Business Unit<\/strong> mit eigenen Mitarbeitern aufgebaut. An diesem Thema hat uns alle am meisten gereizt, dass diese Einf\u00fchrungen immer auch einen gewaltigen Einfluss auf die Unternehmen hatten und sich messbar auf deren <strong>Kern-KPIs<\/strong> wie den Umsatz auswirken. So haben wir unsere Kunden auf dem Weg von der <strong>Produktorientierung hin zur Kundenorientierung<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Kontext habe ich mit meinen Mitarbeitern immer mehr <strong>SAP-Salesforce-Integrationsprojekte<\/strong> \u00fcbernommen, der Grund daf\u00fcr war einfach: W\u00e4hrend SAP-IT-Leiter und Salesforce-Analysten vorher stundenlange Workshops machen konnten, ohne sich wirklich zu verstehen, konnte ich nun leicht zwischen beiden Fronten <strong>&#8222;dolmetschen&#8220;<\/strong> und so auch festgefahrene Situationen aufl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch meine <strong>Erfahrung in &#8222;beiden Welten&#8220;<\/strong>, konnte ich Risiken, Widerspr\u00fcche der Systeme und technische Anforderungen antizipieren und so Integrationsprojekte in <strong>Rekordzeit (und -budget)<\/strong> durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Seither habe ich zahlreiche Salesforce Einf\u00fchrungen mit und ohne SAP Integration auch im <strong>internationalen Kontext<\/strong> erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt und eine gro\u00dfe Begeisterung f\u00fcr diese Transformationsprojekte entwickelt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Privat bin ich f\u00fcr jede Art von Sport zu haben (au\u00dfer Fu\u00dfball), meditiere und koche gerne. Ich bastele gerne &#8211; aktuell arbeite ich daran diverse Arduinokreationen \u00fcber Mulesoft an Alexa Smart Home zu kn\u00fcpfen.
